Digital literacy and skills: Briefing workshop

Two board members attending this museums workshop in Edinburgh. It was a very interesting day; being forced to consider what skills are needed, who has skills and identifying them and establishing protocols for growing skills in a meaningful and useful way. Especially where a skills shortfall is identified. Very thought provoking day.
